CG Fry & Son’s site manager at Nansledan has been announced as a winner of the first round of the prestigious NHBC Pride in the Job Awards.
Brendan Leech has been hand-picked for his excellent standards on site following a rigorous 12-month judging process.
Pride in the Job celebrates the exceptional contribution site managers make in creating homes of outstanding quality. It is the highest accolade a site manager can receive, with winners selected from 16,000 entries across the UK.
Brendan will now go on to compete for the Seal of Excellence and South West Regional Winner titles with other site managers across the South West. The winners will be announced in September.
Each site manager is assessed across 37 areas of site management, including their technical knowledge, consistency in the build process and the quality controls they have in place.
Kevin Murch, Construction Director for CG Fry & Son commented: “We are extremely pleased that Brendan has been recognised for the quality of work at Nansledan.
“Winning the NHBC quality award is testimony to the outstanding quality homes that we are delivering at Nansledan, and is a huge vote of confidence not just in Brendan but in his team and associated trades.”
NHBC is the leading warranty insurance provider for new homes in the UK.
