The Duchy of Cornwall has chosen Wyatt Homes to join its housebuilding consortium at Nansledan, alongside CG Fry & Son and Morrish Homes.
Wyatt Homes is an award-winning developer known for crafting characterful homes across Dorset, Somerset and Hampshire. The company is developing a 4.2 acre site at Nansledan, marking its first project in Cornwall
David Wyatt, CEO at Wyatt Homes said: “Wyatt is honoured to be contributing to the growth of Nansledan. The properties to be built by Wyatt Homes, of which 30% will be affordable, will all be highly sustainable and will contribute to Nanlsedan’s wider sustainability strategy, including a focus on being low carbon both in construction and operation.
