Sports Facilities
Nansledan has formal and informal sports pitches open to the public and a growing network of routes for cycling and running. It is also served by the existing Newquay Sports Centre, which is on Duchy land. There will be no shortage of ways to keep fit.

Nansledan is also well-catered for by the Newquay Sports Centre, which is situated to the west of the development.
The sports centre is home to a number of historic clubs (including rugby, cricket, running, basketball) and boasts brand new gym facilities at the WAX Gym, including a brand new class studio, spin studio, sports hall and indoor rock climbing.

Future sports facilities
Alongside the newly formed football pitches behind Nansledan Primary School, the Duchy is committed to developing further sports and wellbeing facilities right at the heart of Nansledan, in Market Street.
Plans are also being finalised for a new play area behind the Primary School, to include a basketball court and skate park/pump track in due course.
