Nansledan is being built by a consortium of three South West building companies, working in partnership with the Duchy of Cornwall. They are CG Fry & Son, Morrish Homes and Wainhomes.
CG Fry & Son and Morrish Builders have worked with the Duchy of Cornwall on its award-winning Poundbury development at Dorchester for more than 20 years, and have built the Duchy’s Tregunnel Hill development on the edge of Newquay town centre.
Wainhomes also has a long-standing relationship with the Duchy having built the award-winning Headland Crescent development at Pentire in Newquay.
Working with a consortium for the duration of the build ensures consistency of quality and helps establish longevity with local supply chains, creating opportunities for apprentices, skills development and the employment of local trades.
