Housebuilder Wain Homes has unveiled its latest new show home at Nansledan, marking the start of the latest phase of development.

The ‘Sandringham’ is a four-bedroom property with flexible living space set over three floors situated on William Hosking Road.

Taking inspiration from the great outdoors, Wain Homes says the interior design of the Sandringham has been created to exude a naturally elegant feel.

Running with the design trend of bringing the outside in, there are various points of interest, including wildlife motifs, floral wallpaper and bespoke panelled headboard, adding distinctive character to the home.

Whilst offering a subtle sense of classical grandeur, the property itself has been very much designed for modern family life.

Two sets of French doors lead to the garden from both the full-depth lounge and contemporary open plan kitchen/diner, which provides plenty of practical surface and storage space in an area designed for family gatherings.

On the first floor is the main bedroom with a private en suite, as well as an additional bedroom and the family bathroom.

The second floor is home to a further two good-sized double bedrooms and another bathroom and for those looking to work from home, one of the bedrooms could comfortably double up as a home office.

Katie Alderton, sales director at Wain Homes, said: “The Sandringham encompasses the principles of design at Nansledan where buildings look as if they belong in the landscape and reflect traditional local styles.

“The exterior of the Sandringham oozes historical references and for balance, the interior designers have created a tonal layered scheme to evoke a warm, homely feel through the use of soft lighting, warm colour palettes and golden tones.

“It is the perfect home for families to create cherished memories.”
