Housebuilder CG Fry & Son is celebrating after its Nansledan site manager won a prestigious NHBC Pride in the Job Award.
Brendan Leech won the Seal of Excellence award.
The Awards, held at Sandy Park in Exeter, celebrated the achievements of the very best site managers in the South West who were hand-picked for their excellent standards on site.
Brendan commented: “I want to highlight the dedication, work and commitment of my team at Nansledan, and the award is the culmination of everyone’s efforts.”
The NHBC Pride in the Job Awards recognises the country’s best Site Managers and is the housebuilding industry’s most prestigious award programme. Each site manager is assessed across 37 areas of site management, including their technical knowledge, consistency in the build process and the quality controls they have in place.
A Seal of Excellence is awarded to the top 130 Site Managers in the UK from an initial pool of around 16,000. Brendan was among three CG Fry & Son site managers to win an award, including the overall South West Regional Award.
Kevin Murch, Construction Director for C G Fry & Son said: “Once again I am extremely proud of the results in this year’s NHBC Pride in the Job competition. To win 3 Seal of Excellence awards out of 14 in the South West Region and the regional award for the medium category is testament of the dedication of everyone working at C G Fry & Son Ltd.”
